At this point it is still a minor concern !
Only because those who would take advantage haven't figured out how lucrative the lawsuits could be.
Some like "BEYONCE", "DOMINOES", "Hobby Lobby" and several others have found out rather expensively !
All website owners should get this fixed before they get large sums of money taken from them just because they didn't know.
